Recipients of data
In connection with the business, ASKLA will disclose your personal data to the following entities:
persons conducting business activity, including lawyers and legal advisors cooperating with ASKLA, state authorities or other entities entitled under the law,entities supporting us in our activity on behalf of our clients, in particular: suppliers, Poczta Polska, entity providing accounting services or entities cooperating with ASKLA, such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with ASKLA and only in accordance with instructions, banks in the event of conducting settlements.
The period of storage of personal data
Personal data collected by the controller will be processed accordingly: for the duration of the contract, and in addition to the time limit for claims that the Administrator may raise or which may be raised against him in connection with his business; for the period of implementation of the legitimate interests of the Administrator or pending opposition by the data subject on the terms described below; for the period required by law, in particular tax law; until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, as described below; until the completion of the recruitment process, as a result of which personal data have been transferred to the Administrator, unless you have consented to the use of personal data indicated in the recruitment documents for the purposes of subsequent recruitment. In this case, personal data will be processed for the period indicated in the consent clause or until your consent is withdrawn in this respect.

The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data
